Can I book a private event at a stadium or arena?

Many of ARAMARK's facilities have rooms or private clubs that are available for events when the team is out of town or during the off-season. From the home page, please click on the facility that you are interested in for specific information.

I'd like to book my private event at a stadium or arena, but it is a formal event. Is that atmosphere possible?

Yes. Many of our venues have facilities for events that range from very formal – to a sports themed party. Our experienced Sales Staff and Catering Operations staff will assist you in achieving just the right look for your event. We can assist with rentals, linens, ice carvings, entertainment, dance floors, themed stations -- making your event memorable in every way.

What kind of food and beverages are offered at a private event – would it be the same as a game-day?

No. Our food on game days is to compliment the sports atmosphere and tradition. For a non-game day catered event, our team of Chefs will create a culinary experience for your guests to compliment the style of your event – from formal to casual. Each facility offers a set of catering menus that are specific to the Executive Chef and the region. You may download menus from each individual site by choosing a facility from the home page.

Would your Chef create a custom menu for my event?

Absolutely. Each facility has an experienced Sales Staff and Executive Chef that will be happy to create just the right menu for your special occasion.

Do you have concession stands that cater to dietary needs and children?

Many of our facilities have specialty stands that offer a variety of items including kid's size items, kosher, healthy/low-fat, and regional specific options.
