Catering Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Can I have an event during the football season?
A. Private events may be booked at the Stadium during the football season when the Team is out of town. Because of the preparation needed for a game-day, we do not book private events before or after a game.

Q. When is the football schedule released?
A. The schedule is released in April of the current year.

Q. What is the time frame for a private event?
A. Typically catered events are four hours. Additional time can be arranged with your sales manager.

Q. Can we use our own vendors for entertainment, flowers and the like?
A. ARAMARK will provide a list of the preferred vendors that we have relationships with.

Q. Can we use the field for our private event?
A. The field is available for use at an additional charge. Please ask your sales manager.

Q. Do you have parking available for our guests?
A. On non-game days plenty of parking is available. Your sales manager will coordinate the details with you.
