Executive Chef Chad Vandegrift wins new fans nightly at M&T Bank Stadium. He oversees menu development and food preparation for all the stadium's premium dining destinations, including key restaurants, pre-game functions, luxury suite catering and catered events.
His approach focuses on fresh ingredients and innovative flavors, bringing Baltimore 's regional favorites and his own specialty recipes to all of us who love the sport of eating well.
This Maryland born Chef has worked in a multitude of State Side restaurants and hotels as well as Dublin Irelands', Brubeck's Restaurant.
After 10 years experience in the Hotel and Country Club industries, Chad began his career with ARAMARK at Oriole Park; Baltimore, Maryland. Working his way up through the Ballparks many restaurants and Private Club during a span of five years, Chad was called upon to move to Pittsburgh , Pennsylvania to become Executive Chef of Heinz Field, home of the Pittsburgh Steelers.
When the opportunity came to move back to Baltimore to fill the position of Executive Chef of M&T Bank Stadium , Chad again nourished his career and moved.
Now settled in at the Home of the World Champion Baltimore Ravens, Chad can reflect upon his experiences in the Sports and Entertainment field that include work at: THE REPUBLICAN NATIONAL CONVENTION, PHILADELPHIA FLOWER SHOW, NBA-NFL & NHL ALL-STAR GAMES AND SUPER BOWL XXXVIII as well as completion of a work study program at The Culinary Institute of America. |
